B. Foods cooked in a lot of oil. Oil is like 100 calories per tablespoon. The last thing you want to do is use hundreds even thousands of calories on oils.

C. Fast Food. Fast food will make you fat fast. You can eat a bigger more juicy hamburger at home for at least 150-300 less calories per burger.

D. High calorie drinks. A simple soda can add 120 calories to your total calorie intake, and a beer can add 150.
