How to Lose Weight Fast
If you want know how to lose weight fast, then you are probably on the most important article you’ve read all day.
First let me say this: This article isn’t for everyone. It’s for people who aren’t going to cry, whine and blame, but for people who want to lose weight and who are willing to start now – do whatever it takes to get there.
I am not here to make friends in this article. I am here to give you the simple secrets of losing weight fast naturally without pills, powders, creams or surgeries.
How To Lose Weight Fast
I don’t care about your genetics, or that you have very little time available, or any other pre-conceived ideas you have about losing weight or the success you can have.
You can do it if you follow these simple rules.
Firstly, you have to make diet changes. I know…I know…I almost put this one at the end because I didn’t want you to go, “Oh know, more diet tips.” However, that’s also precisely the reason I decided to go ahead and talk about this first.
There is one reason why you gain weight: You have a surplus of calories left over at the end of the day. You will continue to gain weight if you continue to have a surplus of these calories.
There is one reason why you lose weight: You have a deficit of calories at the end of the day. The more days that you create a calorie deficit, the more weight you will lose.
I know this may seem elementary, but it’s not. It’s absolutely critical that you understand this. I don’t care what you’ve heard before. The only reason you can’t lose weight is that you are not creating this calorie deficit.
That’s it! It’s this simple…
Calories In – Calories Out = Weight Gained or Weight Lost
Half of that equation is calories in. That’s your diet. It’s 50% of the equation.
So, this is why your diet is so important. In order to create a calorie deficit so that you can lose weight, you have to take in less calories than calories you burn.
What should you eat?
Basically, you should eat foods that fill you up quickly and that are low in calories.
This will keep you feeling full, not as though you are “starving”. Also, these foods will help you take in fewer calories.
Examples:
Chicken breast
Turkey breast
All vegetables
Apples, grapefruits, kiwi, bananas, plums, pears, oranges
These are all foods that will help you feel more full, but that are also low in calories. This is how you lose weight fast. Start by eating foods from that list. Yes, you may have to eat some of the same dishes or very similar ones when you’re just starting out.
You’ll have to get over it; it’ll be okay. You can treat yourself later.
How to Burn a Lot of Calories
The second part of that equation earlier is “Calories Out”. The cool part is that there are a lot of ways to burn more calories.
The fastest way to burn a lot of calories is to do very high intensity workouts. Workouts that are high in intensity burn a lot of calories during your that workout, as well as having post-calorie burn benefits too.
Secondly, you want to build up your metabolism. Your metabolism accounts for approximately 70-80% of your total calories burned for the day.
Your workout may burn hundreds of calories, but your metabolism burns thousands daily.
The biggest factor in increasing your metabolism is the amount of lean muscle you have. The more lean muscle you have, the higher your metabolism will be.
So, there are two goals you should start to work towards right now. Cut back on calories enough to see weight loss by eating the foods mentioned above, and increase your metabolism by doing high intensity workouts that build lean muscle mass.
I hope you were able to digest all of this information, and that I wasn’t too harsh. I just want you to get the truth about how to lose weight fast, without all the fluff.
You are responsible for where you are right now and where you will be in the future. Let’s make it a bright one.
The Only thing stopping you is action. Success starts with just one step at a time.
