A typical lump on the right side of the neck, may or may not be painful. It can be hard or not so hard, and may or may not be warm to touch. Depending on the underlying cause of the issue, tests will be conducted and the doctor will accordingly advice treatment. One must remember that not all lumps can be cancerous or very serious.
