Does it taste as good as roasting it without one? I want the most delicious traditional Thanksgiving turkey possible. Cooking bag or no cooking bag? Your opinion please.

Appetizer: Healthful Sweet Potato Salad
Ingredients
•2 large sweet potatoes; cubed
•1 tablespoon olive oil
•2 tablespoons white vinegar
•1 tablespoon lemon juice
•5 scallions; chopped
•3 stalks of celery
•½ cup cilantro; chopped
•½ cup yogurt
•¼ cup sunflower seeds; toasted
•2 tablespoons herb powder
Method
Roast the cubed sweet potatoes in a baking dish by coating it with olive oil and herb powder at 450 degree F for around 20 minutes. See to it that the potatoes do not turn mashy. In another bowl, take all the vegetables and toss them with lemon juice and vinegar. Now mix both the mixtures together. Top it with yogurt, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Side Dish: Turkey Souffle
Ingredients
•2 cups turkey breast meat; cubed
•9 medium eggs
•9 tablespoons while flour

In a cooking pan, add margarine and melt it. Add the flour and stir constantly until a creamy mixture is obtained. Now turn off the flame and remove the pan.
